Check Out Referral Dive
If you've already begun your dive education? Let lost reefs's friendly, experienced instructors assist you to complete your certification. The PADI Open Water Check-out dives are done on two afternoon dive trips. It includes all equipment and instuction to finish your certification.

Afternoon Double Reef Dive: 1:15 AM at the shop.
1:30 PM Boarding/Departure
Note:
Check-Out Divers who have already completed Knowledge Development and Confined Water sessions will need to bring with them: Log Book, Student Record File, and Universal Referral Form showing proof of completion.
IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION
You are responsible to make sure you're medically qualified to participate in this activity. Below you will the medical guidelines & release forms that you will need to fill out when you arrive at the dive shop. No refunds will be given to those deemed medically unqualified. This is for your safety.
